Campus Pointe at Western Kentucky University
In October 2014 we purchased a 372 bed student housing property in Bowling Green, Kentucky near Western Kentucky University. Since then we have invested substantial funds in improving the property by adding a basketball court, clubhouse, improving common areas and lighting, adding a fire pit and outdoor lounge furniture. We increased the rents and the property is cash flowing.
