We acquired Victoria Gardens at 30% occupancy at a foreclosure sale. Sundance aggressively began restoring down units by ridding the property of mold, fixing significant line item list of violations and significantly improved the tenant class.
All units received major facelift which included new kitchen appliances, flooring and gutted the exterior decks. Units also received new windows, sliding glass doors and extensive exterior work was performed throughout the complex. This once dilapidated property is now operating at 94% occupancy, with increased rents and is cash flowing.
